NCAA Division I Baseball Championship

The annual NCAA Division I Baseball Championship is the highest division in college baseball. This league involves 64 teams from the United States, whose top 8 teams play off for the winner in the "College World Series" at the end of the season. Baseball is one of the most popular college sports and for the ambitious young athletes the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship serves as a preparation for the professional field in the pre-stages of the MLB - the so-called minor leagues - and the MLB itself.
